By accessing the TopoLogic Landscapes portal and engaging our engineering services, clients agree to the structural protocols and timelines outlined in their specific project proposals. Initial intake forms do not constitute a binding architectural contract.

// SITE_LIABILITY

TopoLogic is not liable for pre-existing sub-surface anomalies not detected during initial LIDAR scans. Municipal permit delays are outside the scope of our operational guarantees.

// INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY

All schematics, CAD exports, and bioretention models provided remain the intellectual property of TopoLogic Landscapes until final project sign-off and invoice clearance.
